Founded in 1958 by Mr. Charles Gratton, Green Acres Café’s original and current location is a Birmingham landmark and institution in the heart of the Civil Rights District and Fourth Avenue Business District in downtown. Mr. Gratton handed down the business to his son, Greg and his family and they have expanded to five Birmingham area locations.
